RBMS · Room and Bed Monitoring System
Privacy Policy
Effective 30 September 2026 · Operator: Tritech · Android package: com.everythingiscreated.rbmsv4
Who the app is for
RBMS helps authorised adult hospital staff coordinate room, bed and cleaning tasks. It is not a patient-management, diagnosis or treatment app. Your hospital controls which staff accounts and groups can use its RBMS deployment. Staff should not enter patient information in tasks, messages, remarks or photos.
Information processed
- Account and profile: username or login identifier, email address, name or display name, profile image, account and device identifiers, organisation, group, position and access permissions.
- Work records: room and bed references, assigned tasks and stages, status changes, activity history, timestamps and remarks.
- Communication: messages, participants, read status, reactions and attachments sent through RBMS Messenger.
- Photos: images you choose or capture for a task or message. Some images may retain embedded metadata, including location metadata, when uploaded.
- Technical data: notification tokens, installation identifiers, device/app information, diagnostics and crash reports needed for delivery, operation and troubleshooting.
Depending on your hospital's configuration, the app may use device location to check whether it is within an authorised hospital area. The location comparison in the reviewed app is performed on the device; a selected photo may separately include location metadata. Android permissions for location, camera and notifications are requested only for the related features.
How information is used and where it goes
Tritech and the participating hospital use the information to authenticate staff, enforce access rules, show work assignments, record task progress, deliver team messages and notifications, and maintain the service. RBMS uses Google Firebase services, including Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Messaging and Crashlytics, as well as the hospital-configured RBMS and media servers. Authorised recipients may see work records and messages according to their assigned access and the actions users take in the app. Tritech does not use RBMS data for advertising or sell it.
Security and storage
The Play release uses encrypted network connections for its online services. Access controls are based on the staff account and organisation. The app may retain session information, drafts and offline work records on the device. Signing out does not by itself erase all local or server records. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion requests
Records are kept while needed for the hospital's operational and audit purposes or applicable legal obligations. Retention varies by record type and the participating hospital's requirements; we do not promise automatic deletion on sign-out or after a fixed number of days.
To request access, correction or deletion of your RBMS information, email trit3ch.software@gmail.com with your organisation and account identifier. Do not send a password or patient details. Tritech verifies the requester's identity and hospital authority, coordinates with the hospital administrator, and removes or de-identifies eligible information from active systems where applicable. Some operational or audit records may be retained for documented hospital purposes or legal obligations; backups and logs may follow separate retention cycles. We will explain applicable limitations when responding to a request.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when RBMS features or data practices change. The effective date above will be revised for material changes. For privacy and support questions, contact trit3ch.software@gmail.com.
